What's a CPF number?
A CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) is your Brazilian tax ID number. Brazilian customs require it for all deliveries - without it, your order will get stuck at customs or be rejected by shipping carriers.
Where to enter your CPF
When you enter a Brazilian delivery address at checkout, a CPF input box automatically appears. Enter your CPF number there.
Forgot to add your CPF?
Don't worry - but act quickly. We'll hold your order to prevent customs problems.
To add your CPF after ordering:
- Go to our Contact Form
- Select 'Rebellion Shop' then 'Order Enquiry'
- Enter your Order ID
- Include your CPF number in the message
We'll add your CPF and release your order for shipping.
Important: Orders on hold for more than 30 days will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
Why this matters
Brazilian law requires CPF numbers for all international shipments. It's not optional - packages without CPF numbers won't clear customs and will be returned to us.
