To request a refund, use our Contact Form:
- Select 'Rebellion Shop' in the 'My enquiry is about...' section
- Fill out the required information
- Submit your request
We'll review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Refund policies
Digital products (Steam keys, downloads, comics)
Once you've downloaded content or activated a Steam key, we can't offer refunds.
Before processing any digital refund request, we'll check that:
- The content hasn't been downloaded
- Steam keys haven't been activated
Note: Think of digital purchases as final once you've accessed them.
Physical products
You have 14 working days from delivery to request a refund or return.
To return an item:
- Check your packing slip for the returns address
- Package the item securely
- Send it back (you'll need to cover return shipping)
