Why can't I access my DLC anymore?
Xbox can have trouble transferring entitlements when 2 versions of the same game are installed on the same device. This can happen specifically when you have accessed the game's DLC on the Game Pass version of the game, and your Game Pass subscription has ended, or if the game has left Game Pass.
How do I regain access?
This is how to regain access to your DLC content if the above applies to you.
- Open your Xbox to the Home Screen.
- Highlight the game you wish to refresh your DLC entitlements for.
- Press the Menu button on your controller and go to Manage Game & Add-ons
- Select the top tile with the game Icon and click on Manage Installation of Internal Storage
- Scroll until you see the header Downloadable Add-ons
- Then re-tick all DLC content you wish to re-access that is unticked
