Fixes
General
- Resolved an issue where some players would experience random movement and stuttering with their mouse
- Player's orientation will no longer change dramatically after autosaving
- Fixed an issue where the map would sometimes become stuck on only one region
- Fixed an issue where the Inventory occasionally kicked the player from storage tubes
- Resolved an issue where subtitles were disappearing too quickly
- Improved translations for Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and French
- Fixed an issue where weapon ammo could go missing when equipping or moving weapons between quick slots
- ‘Already Learnt’ message will no longer remain permanently in the Inventory section
- Resolved an issue in which the map’s region list would not expand if the 'Pause in Menus' setting was enabled
- Fixed a crash that would occur when players traded for weapons while they had full ammo
- The pin of explosive lures is no longer visible after the player has pulled the pin out
- Combat music tracks will now shuffle so players have a lower possibility of hearing the same combat track twice in a row
- Resolved an issue where players were unable to turn off the Developer Console
- Ammo will no longer disappear after equipping a gun to a slot and then dropping the same weapon
- The description for the Modified JM-3 and other JM-3 variants now read correctly as fully automatic
- The Equipment Shortcuts tutorial no longer shows a bandage in a quick slot as this is not possible in game
- The 'Content Installed' notification for Deluxe Edition players on Epic now has correct formatting
- The 'Purchase' text in the DLC screen is has now been translated in Japanese
- The Privacy Policy has now been localised in the crash reporter
- Descriptions have been added for Melee Assist (Strength and Rotation) options
Quest Specific Fixes
- The correct outro will now be played when the player completes the game with Mother Jago’s ending in all circumstances
- Resolved an issue where, under certain circumstances, Joyce Tanner did not appear at her ending location
Wyndham Village
- Fixed an issue where players could get stuck under the building after exiting The Bakery
- Training stimulants will no longer respawn in the Forgotten Cellar
- Resolved an issue where the bushes near the bandstand would flicker when players got close
Casterwell Woods
- Fixed an issue where, under certain circumstances, players could get stuck in the transition space between the Castle Ruins door and the woods
- A non-existent house no longer appears on the map for the open area near the village gate
Skethermoor
- Resolved an issue where sounds could become muffled on entering the container in front of the Master Control room in the Prison
Interchange
- The door to Lower Robotics is now accessible if players complete the puzzle, exit, and then return
- Players will now have safe passage if they do not have enough health or health items to exit the spore cloud and leave Medical
- Punch cards have been replaced with correct cards

A note on issues with audio cutting out during gameplay:
We continue to work on a fix for the audio outages some players have been experiencing. This is a priority and we hope to resolve it as soon as possible.

Global
- Fixed an overlapping issue in subtitles, playstyle warning messages, and barter screens
- Fixed an issue where in some circumstance the AI would not escalate to combat
- Fixed an issue with NPCs (such as Molly, Joyce) getting hostile with you after attacking them once and conversing continuously with them during gameplay
- Fixed an issue where Throwable weapons could clip through the metal barricades
- Fixed an issue with Spits from ferals not generating a PFX, making it hard to see their trajectory
- Fixed issues where the alarm audio did not stop on exfil
- Fixed an issue where multiple characters could turn hostile when the player used tools nearby
- Saves from different game versions are now able to be loaded
- Improved how AI populates when loading an autosave
- Player ammo and trader material counts now appear correctly after bartering
- Fixed an issue where the outro fails to trigger after closing the backpack opened before the end of the conversation and after selecting the escape option during gameplay
- Fixed a cutoff issue in tooltip bar relating to some Russian characters in the menu
- Fixed where item name and description could remain on screen after picking item up in Backpack
- Fixed an issue where the ‘Save game time’ text appeared too long

Slatten Dales
- Improved the effect of the torch in shadowed areas of Slatten Dales
Wyndham Village
- Fixed an issue where the player failed to progress the quest 'Sims wants me question Dr Garrow' if they retrieved the information from Dr Garrow before receiving the quest
Casterfell Woods
- Reduced character clipping through the platform while getting down from the platform near wooden logs
- Improved takedown animation when crouching
- Fixed a collision issue on the rock present near the broken building in the Old Watermill
- Updated lighting to make it easier to find Mother Jago's book in the castle
- Fixed progression issue when the player fails to progress through the quest on interacting with Mother Jago after picking up the Growth Serum and the book of Herbalism during the gameplay
- Fixed an issue with Druids and Mother Jago appearing hostile towards the player character on entering the Castle Ruins for exfil during gameplay if you antagonised them previously
Skethermoor
- Fixed a crash on PS4 which occurred when players idle in Skethermoor for too long
Interchange
- Power on and power up sound in Radio Tower and Robotics Lab now fixed
