How do I reset my progress on PlayStation?
PS4
To reset your progress on your PS4, you will need to manage your save data directly. This is an easy process and will not delete the game from your system.
- Close the game (if it is open)
- Open Settings
- Open Storage. At this stage the console will calculate your system storage. This will take a few seconds.
- Select the game from the list
- Select Saved Data
- Select all in the list
- Select Delete and then confirm with OK
- Exit from Settings and restart the game
PS5
This is a slightly different process to the PS4. As with the PS4, this will delete your progress and settings but will not delete the game from your system.
- Close the game (if it is open)
- Open Settings
- Open Saved Data and Game/App Settings
- Choose the version of the game you have (PS4 or PS5)
- Select Console Storage
- Select Delete
- Find the game in the list and select it. This page might take a few seconds to load.
- Select Delete and then confirm with OK
- If you are a PS+ subscriber, use the instructions below to also remove your cloud saves. If you do not have cloud saving enabled, please exit from Settings and restart the game.
Cloud Storage
If you use PS+, your save data may also be stored in Cloud Storage. To delete this data too:
- Complete steps 1-4 in the previous list
- Select Cloud Storage
- Select Delete
- Find the game in the list and select it. This page might take a few seconds to load.
- Select Delete and then confirm with OK
- Exit from Settings and restart the game
How do I reset my progress on Xbox?
These instructions are suitable for Xbox One, Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X. It is an easy process and will not delete the game from your system.
- Close the game (if it is open)
- Open My games & apps
- Highlight the game from the list and press the Menu button on your controller
- Select Manage game & add ons
- Scroll to and select Saved Data
- Select all in the list and press A to confirm
- You will then be presented with two options:
- Delete from console - this will only delete the data saved directly on the console.
- Delete everywhere - this will remove the data from everywhere including your Xbox console(s) and cloud storage. To reset your save data, select this one.
- Exit the menu and restart the game
How do I reset my progress on PC?
Steam
These instructions are a full step-by-step guide to resetting your progress on Steam if you are using cloud saving. They will not delete the game from your system.
If you are not using cloud saving, please complete steps 6-11.
- Open Steam
- Click the Steam tab in the top-left corner
- Click Settings
- Select the Cloud tab
- Click the toggle to disable the Steam Cloud
- Open File Explorer and browse to the Users folder. This is usually located in your C: drive.
- Browse in the Users folder to a folder named your username (e.g. Joe.Dredd) then to AppData and then to Local
- Find and open the game folder
- Open the folder named PC_ProfileSaves
- Delete the contents of the folder
- Launch the game from Steam and save after you have finished your session. This will be your new save data.
- Close the game
- In Steam, go back to the Cloud tab in Settings (Steps 2-4)
- Click the toggle to e-enable Steam Cloud
- Open your Steam Library and browse to the game page
- Click the File Conflict button located next to the Play button
- Select Local Save in the dialog box
- Your saves will now have been reset locally and in the Steam Cloud

Is my data recoverable? Can you get it back?
No, if you choose to reset your data, this is permanent and it will not be possible to recover it.
Can I just delete my collectables and keep the rest of my data?
No, this not an option we currently offer. If you choose to reset your save data, you will lose all progress.
Can I save my save files somewhere to keep just in case?
If you are playing on Steam then yes, after you have disabled the Steam Cloud, you can choose to move your files to another location rather than deleting them.
