We’re happy to replace any missing parts that should be in your game’s box but weren’t there when you opened it—no matter where you bought your game!
However, we can’t offer replacements for games purchased second-hand. Because of this, we may request proof of purchase to confirm your eligibility, a photo or screenshot of your receipt will do fine!
If you need replacements for parts that were lost, damaged, or have minor cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect gameplay, we may ask you to cover the cost of shipping—or, in some cases, we might not be able to offer replacements at all.
We will replace game boxes or insert trays if we shipped it to you and it arrived damaged to the point of being unusable, or if they weren’t adequately protected during transit by us.
For these cases, we require photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging.
If you made your purchase from a third party and discovered a damaged box or insert, please contact them for a replacement copy.
Please keep in mind that we’re a small team, and it might take us some time to process your request. During normal periods, we aim to respond within 2–3 weeks, so we kindly ask that you wait until then before following up. During busier times, like Kickstarter fulfilments, it may take a little longer.
Provisions for misprints / production-wide errors.
For those that we are aware of, we can decide on a case-by-case basis whether we will make replacement (reproduced) parts available, or whether we will issue errata / corrective stickers / similar.
Finally, while we try and keep a number of replacement parts for all our titles on-hand, this stock is not unlimited, so please be sure to open and check your games as soon as you receive them and let us know as soon as you notice anything damaged or misplaced. We reserve the right to decline any replacement parts requests for items which we no longer have in stock.
