Please let us know if you are using the Quest 2, Quest 3 or Quest Pro in the description of your support request.
2. What happened?

3. Where did it happen?
Info about which mission/map you are on is really important!
4. What were you doing before it happened?
Did you just complete an objective or interact with an object? Every detail can help!
5. Anything else you think is relevant?
Even things you think are small or "normal" can be important! Please also include if you are using any additional hardware, such as haptic suits.
